Advertisers can now target users that have interacted with their pins, that have engaged in certain ways on their websites (i.e. signups, add to carts, purchases, etc.), and that share similar behaviours – similar to lookalike audiences on other social networks.
Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Vine, and YouTube had quiet news weeks with no announcements worth reporting.
